What changes

The Centre exists so citizens and businesses meet clear rules, one place, and accountability.

  1. One identity

The trusted identity is the NIRA national ID.

  2. One centre

Many institutions, one place to reach their services.

  3. Clear procedure

Simple, standard procedures that are published.

  4. Fewer visits

Identity and documents are checked once, not at every office.

  5. Citizen Charter

Requirements, fees, complaints, and satisfaction surveys are published.

Track your application
